SECURITY AND INTELLIGENCE MISSION SUPPORT

Prime and subcontract pursuit for defined security and intelligence mission-support work.

Bedrock is preparing to staff and manage bounded work packages after award. Each proposal will identify the assigned work, labor categories, leadership, security conditions, mobilization plan, quality controls, reporting, and performance measures.

Bedrock will manage the personnel and performance assigned to its contract scope.

For awarded work, the contract and management plan will establish Bedrock's responsibility for task planning, supervision, quality review, continuity, reporting, personnel performance, and subcontract management. Government personnel retain inherently governmental functions. The parties must avoid an unauthorized personal-services relationship.

High-consequence specialty judgments will remain under qualified principal or senior technical leadership. Bedrock's assigned responsibility will not displace the prime contractor's or Government's broader program responsibility.

01

Security program establishment and standardization

For a command, activity, program office, or distributed organization: defined governance, assigned roles, common procedures, operating records, recurring reviews, and implementation tracking.

02

Security program operations

Solicitation-defined industrial, facility, special-security, and security-administration functions under named supervision.

03

Intelligence analysis support

All-source analysis, mission research, production support, and quality review tied to solicitation labor categories and customer requirements.

04

Program delivery support

Requirements control, schedule and issue management, configuration and records, acquisition support, and technical coordination when assigned.

Bedrock will not present these disciplines as one undifferentiated team. Each pursuit will identify the specific work package, required qualifications, security conditions, and management structure.

The proposal will show how an awarded team will mobilize, perform, and maintain continuity.

  • Defined labor-category qualifications
  • Key-personnel commitments
  • Transition-in and mobilization planning
  • Security eligibility and access verification through authorized channels
  • Vacancy and backfill procedures
  • Quality assurance and performance review
  • Named program leadership
  • Job-cost and contract administration controls
  • Subcontract qualification and surveillance
  • Operating-record continuity through turnover

Principal-led advisory can be scoped now. Larger personnel-based requirements remain pursuit-dependent.

Bedrock's current operating base is principal-led. A solicitation-specific plan will define the staffing, mobilization, security, quality, financial, and contract-administration controls required for a larger award.

Bedrock does not represent that it currently holds a Facility Clearance. Any future sponsorship and eligibility determination require a bona fide classified contractual need and action by the responsible Cognizant Security Agency. Candidate interest and proposed controls are not presented as current operating capacity.
