THE QUARRY · CAPTURE OPERATIONS CONSOLE · CLEARED SMALL BUSINESS

Run a real capture pipeline. Without hiring a capture manager.

Federal opportunity triage, tracking, and follow-up discipline for cleared small businesses.

The Quarry is a capture operations console built for cleared small businesses that cannot afford to miss federal opportunities, and cannot yet afford a full BD department. It takes the repetitive triage, tracking, and follow-up off your team's plate so the hours you have go into capture strategy, relationships, and proposal leadership. The work the software does not do for you.

MEASURED · BEDROCK'S OWN PIPELINE

The console runs on us first. Then your team measures their own.

Bedrock runs The Quarry on its own federal capture pipeline. We measure the BD operations hours that go back to the team every week. We do not extrapolate. We do not project a number we cannot defend in an audit. Charter customers run the same measurement on their own pipeline during the first ninety days and own that number for their internal records.

10HRS / WEEK
BD OPERATIONS TIME RETURNED TO THE TEAM · MEASURED ON BEDROCK'S OWN PIPELINE · TYPICAL RANGE 8 TO 12 HOURS
90DAYS
CHARTER CUSTOMER MEASUREMENT WINDOW · YOUR TEAM RUNS THE SAME COUNT ON YOUR OWN PIPELINE AND OWNS THE RESULT
Measurement covers triage, opportunity tracking, pipeline review, and follow-up discipline. It does not cover capture strategy, relationships, or proposal leadership. Your numbers will differ from ours, and that is the point.
WHAT GOES AWAY

Six categories of busy work your team stops doing on Monday.

The Quarry exists to reduce the BD operations burden on the team you already have. These are the hours we get back. The list is the same on every charter customer.

01
The morning hour your team spends reading SAM.gov titles to figure out what landed overnight.
02
The Excel sheet tracking what you decided to skip last week, and why, and whether to revisit it.
03
The template hunt for last year's prime-pitch email when you need to send one this afternoon.
04
The forty-five minute "should we bid this" debate that ends in a pass and a vague feeling you missed something.
05
The proposal you missed because a sources sought hit Friday afternoon and nobody saw it until Tuesday.
06
The follow-up you forgot to send while you were heads-down on a deliverable, and the relationship went cold.
WHAT QUARRY DOES

Operator mechanics, grouped by rhythm.

The console runs three loops. Each one is a list of specific things the software performs, not abstract claims. Every score, every alert, every flag traces to a rule a cleared operator can read and audit.

DAILY LOOP · THE MORNING HOUR YOU STOP SPENDING ON SAM
01
Ingests SAM.gov, USAspending, subawards, SBA certifications, and Federal Register policy feeds overnight. New opportunities land scored, deduplicated, and sorted by fit when you open the console.
02
Scores every opportunity 0-100 against your NAICS, PSC, set-aside, lane keywords, and historical agency receptivity. Every score is a documented equation. Expand any score to see exactly which rule fired and why.
03
Detects amendments on tracked opportunities (deadline shifts, set-aside changes, description edits) and fires the change into the alert queue. No more discovering Tuesday that something moved Friday.
04
Surfaces a one-screen Plays queue: today's must-do actions ranked by deadline proximity and score. Reduces morning triage from an hour to about three minutes.
WEEKLY LOOP · PIPELINE DISCIPLINE WITHOUT A CAPTURE MANAGER
05
Cross-references every opportunity against your partner roster using deterministic teaming-fit scoring. Tells you which partner to call for which pursuit, not just that you have partners.
06
Maintains the Theater: a single-screen view of every active pursuit by stage, deadline, and customer. Pipeline review becomes a ten-minute meeting instead of a ninety-minute Excel update.
07
Stamps every score with a constants version, content hash, and git commit so historical decisions are reproducible. When a customer or auditor asks why an opportunity scored a certain way six months ago, you can recreate the answer exactly.
FIELD LOOP · OPERATOR SURFACE ON THE GO
08
Mobile PWA on your phone over Tailscale. Read the alert queue, review Plays, check Theater status during a customer visit or between meetings. Same data, mobile-shaped.
WHAT THE SOFTWARE DOES NOT DO

Capture strategy. Customer relationships. Proposal leadership. Cleared bid/no-bid judgment. The work that requires human judgment stays with the human. The console reduces the busy work. It does not replace operator decision-making.

LANE CONFLICT CLAUSE

The Quarry is not available to firms competing directly with Bedrock Security Advisory Group in the ICD 705, SCIF / SAPF, NISPOM, FSOaaS, secure-facility accreditation, or industrial security advisory lanes. We screen for lane conflict in the intake form before scheduling any call.

If you operate in those lanes, we will direct you to other Bedrock offerings that fit your situation. Start with FCL Setup, BASELINE by Bedrock, or FAULTLINE 705.
